Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Payment

A deposit of minimum  25 % is required at the time of booking by you to  Yeti Global Adventure,LLC. We accept payment  credit card, certified check, wire transfer or money order for your trip  deposit. The balance is due 120 days prior to departure. If your reservation is made within 120  days of departure, the entire cost of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation.

2. Cancellation

All cancellations of confirmed reservations are subject to a $500 per person administrative fee. Additionally, clients are subject to any cancellation fees assessed by the purveyors of services including hotels, airlines used in the itinerary. Cancellations 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund after deduct  the $500 per person administrative fee. 90 days before  will be subject to loss of deposit (25% trip price). 60  days before  will be subject to loss of 50% of program price. 30 days or less will be subject to 100% of program price.regarding the permit,air tickets,hotels paid fee according to their rule and  regulation must be honored by travelers.

3. Passports and Visas

Valid passports are required for travel most of the countries should have at least  six months of validity remaining from the date of your entry or departure to or from the international.For the Visa Check with the  embassy or consulate for the latest visa requirements. Yeti Global Adventure,LLC will not be hold  any responsible for Travel documents and visas.

4. Insurance

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel/baggage insurance, which is available for coverage of expenses in conjunction with cancellation due to illness,accident,emergency rescue helicopter/plane  etc. Yeti Global Adventure will not be responsible in this regards, travelers will be in their own.

5. Changes

Prices are based on current rates of exchange,subject to change based on exchange rates, tariffs, and taxes. Yeti Global Adventure may increase tour prices to cover additional costs and reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. Yeti Global Adventure also reserves the right to modify tour itineraries or inclusions as needed, passing on any resulting expenses or losses to tour members due to delays or events beyond its control. Itineraries and sightseeing arrangements may change due to unforeseen circumstances, with every effort made to operate tours as planned.

6. Claims and Refunds

Refunds are not issued for missed services unless due to verifiable extenuating circumstances outlined in our Limits on Responsibility section. Verifiable claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of program termination, accompanied by supporting documentation or a statement from the Operating Company. Adjustments, based on actual service prices, will not cover unused sightseeing trips, hotel stays, or meals. Yeti Global Adventure assumes no liability for claims received beyond the 30-day window. Claims for missed travel days must also be submitted in writing within 30 days of program termination to receive credit for future tours/treks. Travelers must adhere to the rules of airlines, hotels, and permits.

7. Limited liability

Yeti Global Adventure, along with its employees, officers, directors, parent companies, subscribers, affiliates, agents, suppliers, and their successors, heirs, and permitted assigns, shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform or for any negligent or willful acts of independent contractors providing goods or services for your trip. Yeti Global Adventure acts solely as an agent for clients regarding tour/trek  arrangements. While exercising reasonable care to ensure traveler safety and satisfaction, Yeti Global Adventure assumes no responsibility or liability for any incidents, including but not limited to air tickets mistake name details while booking by third party, injury, death, loss, delay, or damage arising from transportation services, actions of third parties, or circumstances beyond its control also Any over stay expense due to delay or change in private coach/bus/ air or cancellation of special bogie due to sickness,weather condition.

Travelers should note that Yeti Global Adventure is not liable for additional expenses or losses due to cancellations, travel advisories, or events beyond its control, such as acts of God or terrorism. In the event of changes to the itinerary or tour cancellations, travelers may opt for rescheduled tours, subject to terms and conditions.

Furthermore, Yeti Global Adventure is not liable  damage to personal property resulting from various factors, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, civil unrest, or mechanical failures of transportation.Property damage may occur in connection with the provision of goods or services, stemming from various factors such as acts of God, illness, war, civil unrest, animal encounters, labor disputes, criminal or terrorist activities, service overbooking or downgrading, food-related illnesses, mechanical failures of transportation, or failure of transportation to adhere to schedules,strike . In adventure travel like this, inherent risks exist, including but not limited to hiking, walking safaris, climbing injuries, altitude sickness, encounters with wildlife, limited access to medical care, and challenges in emergency evacuation from remote areas. Passengers accept responsibility for these potential risks.

 It is the traveler’s responsibility to stay informed about travel advisories and warnings from official sources.

By booking a trip with Yeti Global Adventure, travelers agree to comply with any kind of sickness at their own cost and release Yeti Global Adventure from any liability arising from any kind of sickness related issues as well as your personal health issue.

We highly recommend that to make sure above travel related things are  covered  by your insurance during your trip.

An arbitration agreement is in place for resolving any disputes related to these terms and conditions or the trip itself, to be settled exclusively by binding arbitration in Florida, US.
