Born and raised in the vibrant heart of Kathmandu, Nepal, his passion for showcasing the breathtaking wonders of his homeland led him to embark on a remarkable journey of creating his own touring company at the tender age of 19. Since then, Sunder has not only had the privilege of introducing countless travelers to the treasures of Nepal but has also ventured to various corners of the world, facilitating cultural exchanges and broadening his own horizons.
Yet, his story is not confined to tourism alone. With a heart full of compassion, He has served as the President of a social organization in Nepal, dedicating his time and resources to uplift the lives of those in need, particularly in the rural regions. This commitment to making others happy has been a driving force throughout his life.
Sunder’s educational journey has been as diverse as his travels, spanning Nepal, Japan, and the United States. This global perspective and multicultural understanding have enriched his ability to bridge the gap between cultures, fostering dialogue and connections among people from all walks of life.
Currently residing in the United States for over two decades, Sunder has continued to pursue his unwavering passion. Since 2008, he has successfully transplanted his tour company to the U.S., bringing the wonders of Nepal and Tibet closer to travelers from the Western world. Sunder’s love for exploration has kept him on the move, both within the United States and around the world perpetually seeking opportunities to engage with new cultures and expand the horizons of his global journey.

Mr. Ishowr Pandey
Ishwor Pandey, formerly a tour leader for high-end tours, transitioned to the role of executive director of the company, leveraging his professional knowledge. As Sunder Pandey’s brother, their familial bond enhances their business synergy. Ishwor’s diverse background and hands-on approach, coupled with his expertise in leading high-end tours, enrich their offerings. His blend of industry knowledge and managerial skills reinforces their commitment to providing exceptional tourism experiences in Nepal. Through meticulous supervision of tour operations, Ishwor ensures visitors receive unparalleled service, creating enduring memories amidst Nepal’s cultural richness and stunning landscapes
Mr. Binod Baral
Mr. Binod Baral, a Nepali-British chef based in London, has joined Yeti Global Adventure as our Global Brand Ambassador. With experience serving dignitaries like Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and football legend David Beckham during FIFA World Cup 2020, he’s also led teams for Formula 1. A gold medalist in the 2024 Ambassadors of Taste for the Global Gastronomy awards, he heads food Research & Development at DO & CO International company based in Austria. Specializing in Indian/Arabic cuisine for airlines ( American, Delta, British ,Qatar, Etihad ) etc . As our global goodwill ambassador, Mr. Baral will craft menus and oversee kitchen operations for our VIP guests’ tours.
